Official Event Rules*

1. Attendees must be full-time students enrolled in undergraduate programs of participating universities.
2. Please bring a State/Government issued identification to event registration.
3. Participants under 18 must sign a release form (that will be posted shortly).
4. To receive seed funding, StartUp Scramble™ teams must demonstrate the ability to to recruit additional team members before funding can be granted.
5. At least one team member must be 21 or younger.
6. The proposed/launched venture is a new organization, club, project, company, or a major new initiative within an existing organization.
7. Ashoka’s Youth Venture seeks to promote and support a wide range of social entrepreneurial ventures, some religious- or political-based ventures may not fall within the scope of the organization’s funding criteria.  Please send all questions regarding this matter to Stephen Douglass stephen[at]youngimpact.com for further clarification.
